Our mission
We exist to strengthen defence, protect nations, and deter conflict in an era defined by unmanned warfare. Our mission is to multiply operative capability, accelerate the transition to robotic warfare, and give Norway, NATO, and our allies a decisive advantage.
At Six Robotics, you will be part of a team delivering real-world autonomy, not theoretical concepts. Tested in the field, trusted by operators, and critical to national defence.

Real missions. Real impact.
Build, test, and deploy capabilities that solve real operational needs.
Our technology goes from lab to live deployment, often side by side with operators in demanding environments. We underpromise, overdeliver, and move fast to adapt as battlefield conditions change, giving our end users autonomy that works when it matters most.

Autonomy Is Not Just For Systems, It Is For People Too
We give you the space, tools, and trust to move fast. You will work with advanced software and hardware, a modern tech stack, and missions that demand both technical mastery and operational discipline. Everyone is close to the action, from deep technical problem-solving to real-world testing.

Every hire is a force multiplier
We only hire the best - and develop them to become even better. If you thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and enjoy pushing the limits of what is possible, you will fit right in. Getting in is hard, but you will find no better place to deliver real-world impact while collaborating and learning from the best in the field.

Mission-first, team-aligned
Be part of a team shaping the future of scalable, robotic defence. We are growing fast and always looking for exceptional people to join our team. Even if there is not an open role that fits you today, new opportunities open every week. So send us an open application and let us know how you want to contribute.

Our Recruitment Process
-
Fill out the form, answer all questions, and upload the requested documents. All hires require security clearance, and we can only consider candidates from NATO countries. We review every open application carefully, but we may not be able to get back to you before we have a matching role. For currently open positions, we aim to get back to you within one week.
-
A short phone or video call with one of our recruiters to introduce Six Robotics, share details about the role, and learn more about your background and motivation to assess if this is a good fit.
-
An opportunity to meet a team member or two, typically at our offices. We will dive deeper into your skills, motivation, and how you might fit with both the role and our culture, while giving you space to ask questions and get a feel for us as well.
-
For technical roles, this will be a technical interview; for non-technical roles, a case interview. You will receive a task or case in advance, which we will review and discuss together during the interview. Ahead of this step, w will also ask you to complete a set of ability and work-related behavioral tests, which help guide our conversation and give us both a deeper understanding of how we might work together.
-
In this step, you will meet someone from our leadership team. The focus is on cultural fit and giving you more insight into our company plans and strategy. It is also a great chance to ask any final questions you may have. If we are both confident this is a match, we will complete reference checks before extending you an offer to join our team.
