Talent Acquisition Specialist
Play a key role in building a leading autonomy company by owning and driving technical recruitment end-to-end.
At Six Robotics, we build intelligent software that gives Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) the ability to collaborate, adapt on the fly, and execute missions that were previously impossible. From our base in Oslo, our 50+ experts in defence, software, and AI develop Valkyrie, our flagship autonomy and swarm platform used by both government and industry. In close partnership with the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI), we move fast from concept to live deployment, often in the field alongside end users.
We work with advanced hardware and software, a modern tech stack, and missions that demand both technical mastery and operational discipline. Everyone is close to the action, from deep technical problem-solving to field operations. We move fast and value clarity, integrity, and teamwork in everything we do.
At Six Robotics, every person executes with precision, adapts to changing conditions, and strengthens the team. We only hire the best. Getting in is hard, and you’ll be challenged every day. But if you have the skill, the discipline, and the drive to push your limits, you’ll find no better place to deliver real-world impact while collaborating and learning from the best in the field.
About the Role
We are looking for a technical recruiter to help us scale Six Robotics with exceptional talent. We are growing fast and set a high bar for every hire. Quality is non-negotiable, even as pace and complexity increase. We don’t hire for volume; every role matters, and each hire has a direct impact on how the company evolves and whether we reach our ambitious goals.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role where you will own multiple hiring processes in parallel, from proactive sourcing to final offer. You will work closely with hiring managers, particularly within engineering, acting as a trusted partner and taking full ownership of talent acquisition and candidate assessment. Identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent will be a core part of your day-to-day work.
The role is well-suited for someone who has helped scale engineering-heavy teams in fast-growing environments, thrives with autonomy, and is comfortable driving hiring decisions in a high-expectation setting. Your impact will be visible, measurable, and essential to how Six Robotics continues to grow.
What You Will Do
Own recruitment processes end-to-end. You will take full ownership of roles from initial scoping with hiring managers through screening, assessment, decision-making, and contract signing.
Develop and execute effective candidate acquisition strategies. Identify the right approach to attract relevant candidates. Experiment with different channels and job boards, and adapt strategies to ensure processes are closed with speed and quality. Build and nurture strong talent networks across tech and product roles.
Conduct sourcing for hard-to-hire roles. You will identify, engage, and attract the right talent, building strong pipelines even when candidates are not actively looking for new jobs.
Partner closely with hiring managers. You will work directly with hiring managers and leadership to define roles, challenge assumptions, and guide hiring decisions. You are expected to protect the hiring bar and push back when quality is not there, even under pressure.
Represent Six Robotics externally. Act as the face of Six Robotics through candidate communication and recruitment events. You are expected to communicate with credibility, clarity, and engagement.
Help shape how we hire as we grow. You will contribute to building a scalable recruitment function by continuously improving processes, establishing best practices, and shaping how we attract and assess talent as the company grows.
What We Are Looking For
You are a hands-on recruiter who has experience from a fast-paced environment, either in-house at a startup/scaleup or from an agency closely supporting fast-growing teams. You are comfortable working at a high pace, know that strong technical hires come from persistence and hard sourcing, and take full ownership of difficult processes. You bring sound judgment, deep interest in the field of recruitment, and confidence in pushing back when needed.
We believe the right candidate brings:
2-3 years of relevant experience, including at least one year in tech recruitment.
Proven experience delivering niche or hard-to-fill technical roles, typically within 60 days.
Persistence and resilience when working on challenging roles.
Strong ownership and structure in your work: you meet deadlines, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for outcomes.
Sound judgement and confidence in advising hiring managers and making clear recommendations
Comfortable working in a high-expectations, fast-moving environment where quality matters more than shortcuts.
The ability to connect naturally with people and represent Six Robotics in the market
The curiosity, ambition, drive, and resilience to grow with the company and continously drive high-quality outcomes.
Please note that you need to be based in Oslo, Norway, and that native-level Norwegian and fluent English are strict requirements for this role.
