About the Role
As Six Robotics grows, we are strengthening our recruitment function and seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent for our teams.
You will collaborate with the Recruitment Lead and hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across technology, engineering, and operations. This position demands a proactive, organized, and people-focused professional who excels at owning recruitment processes from sourcing to offer.

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from defining requirements and crafting job descriptions to delivering offers.
- Source and attract qualified candidates across job boards, professional networks, and social media.
- Conduct market research and develop sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage talent across relevant markets.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pool and community of potential candidates for current and future needs.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring their skills, alignment with the team, and cultural fit with Six Robotics.
- Present candidates to hiring teams and take part in evaluation meetings, clearly communicating each candidate’s strengths.
- Guide hiring managers in crafting equitable, effective interview processes and establishing clear evaluation frameworks.
- Contribute creative ideas to strengthen our sourcing approaches and attract a broader, more diverse candidate base.
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics; enhance processes and candidate experience.
- Drive strategic talent initiatives alongside the Recruitment Lead, including employer branding and pipeline development.
What We Are Looking For
Must Have
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with a focus on technical or IT roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full A–Z recruitment cycle independently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and professional platforms.
- Solid understanding of candidate assessment and interview best practices.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a startup or fast-growing company environment.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.

Our Recruitment Process
Recruitment should be a genuine conversation. Our process is open, fair, and designed to give you the space to show your strengths while we take the time to listen.
- Screening call – 30 minutes with our Recruitment Lead.
- Case interview – up to 90 minutes with some team members
- Final interview – 45 minutes with the Head of People and Recruitment Lead.
- Reference check and offer.
All employees at Six Robotics are required to undergo a security clearance (Sikkerhetsklarering) due to our close collaboration with the Norwegian Armed Forces. Prior clearance is not required; the process begins during onboarding.
As part of this process, eligibility is limited to candidates who hold citizenship of NATO member countries.
