About the Role
We’re looking for a Recruitment Lead to take full ownership of our recruitment function at Six Robotics. This is our first internal hire in talent acquisition, and you’ll be responsible for building the systems, structure, and strategy that will support our growth.
As a Recruitment Lead, you won’t just fill roles to increase headcount. You’ll be part of shaping how we grow, define how we hire, and help set the bar for what great talent looks like. From high-volume technical hiring to crafting appealing job ads, building employer branding, and stakeholder coaching, you’ll work across the entire company to make sure we hire the right people, at the right time, in the right way.
Although you’ll be joining as our first internal hire in recruitment, you will not be our last. We know the scale of growth coming over the next few years, and we’re building a solid recruitment function to match that. Today, we work with an embedded recruitment partner who supports the business across multiple roles. As Recruitment Lead, you’ll step in to take ownership, lead both internal and external resources, and lay the foundation for an internal team that can scale with us.
What You Will Do
- Own recruitment across the company, from roadmap to process to delivery, in close collaboration with the management team to align on priorities, timelines, and headcount. Track key recruitment metrics and use data to guide decisions, improve efficiency, and report on progress.
- Run full-cycle recruitment for key roles (technical, non-technical, and leadership) while coordinating and supporting both internal and external recruiters.
- Design and implement scalable, data-informed recruitment processes. Build structured, efficient systems that enable us to hire at speed without compromising on quality. Explore automation opportunities and AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and overall recruitment operations.
- Deliver a consistently excellent candidate experience, ensuring clear, timely communication and thoughtful feedback throughout every stage of the process.
- Own our employer brand and continuously strengthen our presence in the candidate market through our careers page, social media, and university relations. Drive visibility through creative initiatives such as press articles, events, and podcasts.
- Act as the go-to person for everything recruitment at Six Robotics. Train and support hiring managers, manage recruitment budgets and external vendors, and ensure best practices are applied across every stage of the hiring process.
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s been in the field for a few years already, cracked tough searches, and built great teams under pressure. You know how to turn ambiguity into structure, translating vague hiring needs into clear job descriptions, sharp scorecards, and scalable processes. You’ve seen what works (and what doesn’t), and you bring a pragmatic, resilient approach to high-growth environments. You’re a trusted partner to the business, confident managing stakeholders, and you hold a high bar for both quality and speed.
On the hard skills side of things, we are looking for someone who has:
- Full-cycle recruitment experience from a fast-scaling tech company or an agency working with one (or more).
- Hands-on sourcing skills and a strong track record hiring for technical roles such as software engineers, robotics engineers, AI/ML engineers, or similar.
- Proven ability to build an employer brand and write strong job ads that lead to an increase in qualified inbound applicants.
- Experience in setting and managing a hiring roadmap, including prioritization, planning, and working with senior stakeholders.
- A track record of working with and guiding hiring managers and C-level leaders. You're a trusted advisor, not just a service provider
- Full professional proficiency in both Norwegian and English, spoken and written.

Our Recruitment Process
Yes, we know there’s a certain irony in making a recruiter go through a recruitment process with a recruiter to become our Recruitment Lead. But hey, if anyone gets it, it’s you. We aim to keep our process short and sweet, but also thorough. As a small team, every hire matters, and we can’t afford to get this one wrong.
Here’s what to expect:
1. Screening interview with one of our recruiters to get to know you better (30 min)
2. Meet & Greet with someone from the team to learn more about us (45 min)
3. Structured case interview to get to know you even better (90 min)
4. Final interview and a chance to meet with the management team (45 min)
5. Reference check followed by an offer if everything goes well.

Security Clearance Requirement
All employees at Six Robotics are required to undergo a security clearance due to our close collaboration with the Norwegian Armed Forces. While prior clearance is not necessary, the clearance process will be initiated as part of onboarding.
